Disziplinen

Badminton Doppel A, B, C
Badminton Mixed A, B

Jeder Spieler darf in zwei Disziplinen teilnehmen. Somit ist ein Start im Doppel und im Mixed möglich.

Modus

Gruppenspiele mit anschließendem KO-System. Jedem Spieler sind drei Spiele garantiert. Gespielt wird nach den offiziellen Regeln des DBV. Die Turnierleitung behält sich das Recht auf Änderungen vor.

Setzung / Teilnahmeberechtigung – Wer darf mitspielen?

Auf Basis der eigenen Selbsteinteilung werden die Setzungen und Einteilungen der Spieler in den einzelnen Feldern vorgenommen. Die Turnierleitung hat das Recht, die Setzung/Einordnung der einzelnen Spieler bei Bedarf manuell zu korrigieren.

Herrendoppel:

A - Bezirksklasse bis Landesliga
B - Kreisklasse bis Kreisliga
C - Hobby- und Freizeitspieler

Damendoppel:

A - Kreisliga und höher
B - Kreisklasse und Hobby

Mixed:

A - Kreisliga und höher
B - Kreisklasse und Hobby

Nicht zugelassen: Spieler der Bundesliga, Regionalliga, oder Spieler mit BWF-Ranking (internationale Profis).

Spieler ohne Partner

Spieler, die noch keinen Spielpartner haben, können sich unter Feld 8 anmelden. Für Andere ist es möglich diese Spieler zu kontaktieren und Teams zu bilden. Vor der Auslosung werden vom Veranstalter aus den verbleibenden Anmeldungen Spielpaare gebildet.

Auslosung

Die vorläufige Auslosung findet am Donnerstag, 21.08.2025 gegen 20:00 statt und wird anschließend im Internet einzusehen sein. Bei Bedarf (Krankheit, Nichterscheinen) werden unmittelbar vor Turnierbeginn Änderungen vorgenommen.

Spielball

YONEX AS-30 Federbälle werden vom Veranstalter für jedes Spiel gestellt. Sollten wider Erwarten die zur Verfügung gestellten Bälle nicht ausreichen, können vom BLV zugelassene Federbälle verwendet werden.

Preise

Hochwertige YONEX-Preise im Gesamtwert von 2000 Euro werden als Sachpreise verliehen. Niemand geht leer aus! Es gibt verschiedene Preiskategorien: Je erfolgreicher Du spielst, desto teurere Preise stehen zur Auswahl. Zudem erhalten die Erst-, Zweit- und Drittplatzierten Urkunden!

Anmeldeschluss

Donnerstag, 21.08.2025 um 20:00 Uhr! Nachmeldungen sind mit Zustimmung der Spielleitung bis zum Start der ersten Spiels zulässig. Bei Absagen nach Meldeschluss bzw. Nicht-Antreten besteht die Verpflichtung zur Zahlung des Startgeldes.

Benachrichtigung vor dem Turnier

Bitte beachtet, dass alle Informationen über Sportduell -> Dein Profil -> Nachrichten versendet werden. Sie erhalten lediglich nur eine Info E-Mail. Bitte vor Turnierstart auf jeden Fall die Nachrichtenbox nochmal prüfen.

Sonstiges

In Rahmen des Turniers ist ein kleiner YONEX Shop vor Ort. Eine Bestellung von YONEX-Artikeln zum BESTPREIS ist noch vor Ort möglich.
Speisen und Getränke sind im Sportcenter erhältlich.
Nach dem Turnier findet eine freiwillige Player-Party statt.

Versicherung

Alle Spieler müssen sich selbst gegen Krankheit und Unfall versichern.

Haftungsausschlusserklärung

Meine Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung von Sportduell erfolgt freiwillig sowie auf eigene Gefahr und eigenes Risiko. Ich verzichte hiermit ausdrücklich auf sämtliche Ansprüche – gleich welcher Art – gegenüber dem Veranstalter "Sportduell" aus Schadensfällen, Verletzungen oder Folgeschädigungen, die im Zusammenhang mit meiner Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung, wie auch aus den Ansprüchen die auf dem Weg zu der Veranstaltung eintreten könnten. Auch für Sachschäden ist eine Haftung von "Sportduell" ausgeschlossen. Ich versichere, gesundheitlich in der Lage zu sein, an der Veranstaltung von Sportduell teilzunehmen. Einwilligungserklärung

Mit der Anmeldung zum Turnier erteilen Sie uns gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 a DSGVO) Ihre Einwilligung, Ihren Namen, Wohnort sowie die Fotos, die im Rahmen der Sportveranstaltung erstellt wurden, in den von uns betriebenen Medien veröffentlich zu dürfen. Dazu zählen Facebook und Instagram (jeweils die Seiten von Sportduell), die Sportduell-Website, die Homepage, der Youtube-Channel von Sportduell, der Sportduell-Newsletter sowie die örtliche Presse (z.B. The tournament of the year with YONEX prizes worth a total of 2000 Euro! Don't miss it!

Disciplines

Badminton Doubles A, B, C
Badminton Mixed A, B

Each player may participate in two disciplines. It is therefore possible to start in doubles and mixed.

Mode

Group matches followed by a knockout system. Each player is guaranteed three matches. The game is played according to the official rules of the DBV. The tournament management reserves the right to make changes.

Seeding / Eligibility - Who is allowed to play?

The seeding and classification of the players in the individual fields is based on the own self-assignment. The tournament management has the right to correct the seeding/ranking of individual players manually if necessary.

Men's doubles:

A - district league to national league
B - Kreisklasse to Kreisliga
C - Hobby and recreational players

Women's doubles:

A - district league and higher
B - district league and hobby

Mixed:

A - district league and higher
B - district league and hobby

Not allowed: Players of the Bundesliga, Regionalliga, or players with BWF ranking (international professionals)

Players without a partner

Players who do not yet have a playing partner can register under field 8. For others it is possible to contact these players and form teams. Before the draw, the organizer will form pairs from the remaining registrations.

Draw

The preliminary draw will take place on Thursday, 21.08.2025 around 20:00 and will then be available on the Internet. If necessary (illness, no-show), changes will be made immediately before the start of the tournament.

Match ball

YONEX AS-30 shuttlecocks are provided by the organizer for each match. If, contrary to expectations, the balls provided are not sufficient, shuttlecocks approved by the BLV can be used.

Prizes

High-quality YONEX prizes with a total value of 2000 euros will be awarded as non-cash prizes. Nobody goes away empty-handed! There are different prize categories: The more successful you play, the more expensive prizes you can choose from. The first, second and third place winners will also receive certificates!

Registration deadline

Thursday, 21.08.2025 at 20:00! Late registrations are permitted until the start of the first game with the approval of the game management. Cancellations after the registration deadline or non-appearance are subject to payment of the entry fee.

Notification before the tournament

Please note that all information will be sent via Sportduell -> Your profile -> Messages. You will only receive an information e-mail. Please check the message box again before the start of the tournament.

Miscellaneous

There will be a small YONEX store on site during the tournament. You can order YONEX articles at the BEST PRICE on site.
Food and drinks are available at the sports center.
There will be an optional player party after the tournament.

Insurance

All players must insure themselves against illness and accident.

Disclaimer

My participation in the Sportduell event is voluntary and at my own risk and peril. I hereby expressly waive all claims - of any kind whatsoever - against the organizer "Sportduell" for damages, injuries or consequential damages that may arise in connection with my participation in the event, as well as from claims that may arise on the way to the event. Sportduell" also accepts no liability for damage to property. I confirm that I am in good health to take part in the Sportduell event. Participation is at my own risk, including with regard to health risks of which I am currently unaware. I have fully informed myself about the content of this waiver of liability (liability disclaimer) by reading it; by registering for an event, I accept Sportduell's liability disclaimer even without signing it.

Declaration of consent

By registering for the tournament, you give us your consent to publish your name, place of residence and the photos taken during the sports event in the media operated by us in accordance with our data protection declaration (Art. 6 para. 1 a GDPR). This includes Facebook and Instagram (both Sportduell pages), the Sportduell website, the homepage, the Sportduell YouTube channel, the Sportduell newsletter and the local press (e.g. daily newspapers, regional radio stations, TV stations); this information can be used both for post-event reporting of the respective tournament and for advertising campaigns for new tournaments. Dyscypliny

Badminton Debel A, B, C
Badminton Mieszane A, B

Każdy gracz może wziąć udział w dwóch dyscyplinach. Możliwy jest więc start w grze podwójnej i mieszanej.

Tryb

Mecze grupowe, po których następuje system pucharowy. Każdy gracz ma zagwarantowane trzy mecze. Gra toczy się zgodnie z oficjalnymi zasadami DBV. Organizatorzy turnieju zastrzegają sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian.

Rozstawienie / kwalifikacja - Kto może grać?

Rozstawienie i klasyfikacja graczy na poszczególnych polach opiera się na własnej klasyfikacji. Organizatorzy turnieju mają prawo do ręcznej korekty rozstawienia/klasyfikacji poszczególnych graczy, jeśli zajdzie taka potrzeba.

Debel mężczyzn:

A - III liga do I ligi (liga okręgowa, liga wojewódzka do I ligi)
B - zawodnicy grający w klubach poniżej III ligi
C - gracze hobbystyczni, rekreacyjni, bez przynależności ligowej

Debel kobiet:

A - minimum III liga kobiet lub wyżej (do I ligi)
B - gracze rekreacyjni, poniżej III ligi lub bez ligowej przynależności

Mieszane:

A - przynajmniej jeden z pary gra w III lidze lub wyżej
B - oboje zawodnicy grają poniżej III ligi lub jako hobbyści

Niedozwolone: Gracze Bundesligi, Regionalligi lub gracze z rankingiem BWF (międzynarodowi profesjonaliści)

Gracze bez partnera

Gracze, którzy nie mają jeszcze partnera, mogą zarejestrować się w polu 8. Inne osoby mogą skontaktować się z tymi graczami i utworzyć drużyny. Przed losowaniem organizator utworzy pary z pozostałych zarejestrowanych graczy.

Losowanie

Wstępne losowanie odbędzie się w czwartek, 21 sierpnia 2025 r. około godziny 20:00 i będzie dostępne w Internecie. W razie potrzeby (choroba, nieobecność) zmiany zostaną wprowadzone bezpośrednio przed rozpoczęciem turnieju.

Wysokiej jakości nagrody YONEX o łącznej wartości 2000 euro zostaną przyznane jako nagrody bezgotówkowe. Nikt nie odejdzie z pustymi rękami! Istnieją różne kategorie nagród: Im bardziej udana gra, tym droższe nagrody do wyboru. Zdobywcy pierwszego, drugiego i trzeciego miejsca również otrzymają certyfikaty!

Termin rejestracji

Czwartek, 21.08.2025 o godzinie 20:00! Późne rejestracje są dozwolone do rozpoczęcia pierwszej gry za zgodą organizatorów. Anulowanie rejestracji po terminie lub niestawienie się podlega opłacie wpisowego.

Powiadomienie przed turniejem

Należy pamiętać, że wszystkie informacje będą wysyłane za pośrednictwem Sportduell -> Twój profil -> Wiadomości. Otrzymasz tylko e-mail informacyjny. Prosimy o ponowne sprawdzenie skrzynki wiadomości przed rozpoczęciem turnieju.

Różne

Podczas turnieju na miejscu będzie działał mały sklep YONEX. Na miejscu będzie można zamówić artykuły YONEX w NAJLEPSZYCH CENACH.
Jedzenie i napoje są dostępne w centrum sportowym.
Po turnieju odbędzie się opcjonalna impreza dla graczy.

Ubezpieczenie

Wszyscy gracze muszą ubezpieczyć się od chorób i wypadków.

Zastrzeżenie

Mój udział w zawodach Sportduell jest dobrowolny i odbywa się na moje własne ryzyko i odpowiedzialność. Niniejszym wyraźnie zrzekam się wszelkich roszczeń - jakiegokolwiek rodzaju - wobec organizatora "Sportduell" wynikających ze szkód, obrażeń lub szkód następczych, które mogą wystąpić w związku z moim udziałem w imprezie, a także z roszczeń, które mogą powstać w drodze na imprezę. Sportduell" nie ponosi również odpowiedzialności za szkody materialne. Potwierdzam, że jestem w dobrym stanie zdrowia, aby wziąć udział w wydarzeniu Sportduell. Uczestnictwo odbywa się na moje własne ryzyko, w tym w odniesieniu do zagrożeń dla zdrowia, których obecnie nie jestem świadomy. Obejmuje to Facebook i Instagram (obie strony Sportduell), stronę internetową Sportduell, stronę główną, kanał YouTube Sportduell, biuletyn Sportduell i lokalną prasę (np. gazety codzienne, regionalne stacje radiowe, stacje telewizyjne); informacje te mogą być wykorzystywane zarówno do raportowania po wydarzeniu danego turnieju, jak i do kampanii reklamowych nowych turniejów. Wykonane zdjęcia mogą być przeglądane przez organizatora po turnieju przed publikacją.
